The screens on their own are decorative and pretty. I think if you need a room divider these screens are options and different.

My neighbor across the hall has a screen similar to this. Her apartment layout is different from mine and she used this screen for a "divider" between dining area and livng room. Exactly like it's used here.
She uses a vacuum attachment to dust it.

Pics 1 & 4 are the best ones. They seem to be mid-century modern design. I think Pic 4 fits this design the best. I do like it.
Pics 2 & 3 I don't like at all. No matter which one you choose, they would all be dust collectors & I doubt I'd want to be bothered with it.

Good idea, I hadn't thought of that. And, it still wouldn't shut the space off since light goes through the pattern.
