That is such a nice house and esp with that great porch.

#1 is very pretty.

Seldom do I see 3 extremely different houses and like all 3! I would probably choose #3; only because I feel the sizes of the rooms (and closets) would be most satisfying!

#1 pic stands out the most. I think the navy & black compliment each other.

I'd choose pic 3 with the porch & the best looking entrance. I also like the stone at the entrance & under the planter. The driveway looks very nice, a mix of cement & brick design.
