I bought a beautiful Christmas wreath from there at least five years ago. It still looks as good as the day I got it. I love it.

Love Grandin Road. They have really good sales also and free shipping at times. I have purchased there Cascading Candle rings. 3 different seasons of them. I also have there pedestal candle sticks and Halloween Decorations and many more items. Great customer service also. I get compliments on the Halloween Hanging Witch hats that light up. Going on my third year, they hang in my front yard from our trees. The witches won the brooms, set of three are fantastic. Every year neighbors that go by ask where I got them. Highly Recommend. Sign up for there emails and they will send you all there sales and let you know when free shipping is.

Grandin Road is outstanding when it comes to home decor and seasonal accessories.

It is my go to shop online for Halloween and holiday merchandise.  I can always count on their exclusive pieces for unique design and quality.  I have quite the collection from them over the years. However, I have learned through experience, that once I see something I like, not to wait too long to purchase because it can sell out, in a blink of an eye, if I wait for a sale. Timing is everything with this company.  Highly recommend.

Improvements is also owned by HSN and they  are always adding stuff from Grandin Road at much cheaper prices.

After many years of living far north  of Georgia and wanting to visit at least once the Atlanta outlet stores for Ballard Designs, Grandinroad and Frontgate, I went to all three earlier this week.  They are all located in the same shopping center.

Very interesting.  I've purchased items from all three of these retailers over the years.   Could finally see and touch other  items I'd seen in their catalogs. 

At Grandinroad, I got a leather-covered ottoman that opens to hold hanging file folders for only $100.00 plus Georgia tax.  In the catalogs I receive, this is listed at $199 plus tax and shipping, but  I often receive offers to discount items by 20 or 30 percent.  Half off the regular price looked much better to me, so I bought.  A nice fellow carried it out to my car and put it in the trunk for me.

All those counter and bar stools you see in the Grandinroad catalog were on sale for only  $39 each on the day I was in the outlet store.   I asked a salesperson whether I was seeing that price correctly.  Too bad I didn't need any.  Makes the catalog prices look rather sickeningly high in comparison.

@novamc1 You're killing me with your descriptions and the prices. Would love to hit those stores.  I think I've bought more from the Home Decoraters Collection than anyplace else, including several pieces of furniture.  Except for the fact it all has to be assembled, I've been pleased with the quality of everything.

@Kachina624 Yes, I got their catalog. I absolutely love their items. Have several things from years past, but satisfied for the time being with what I have collected. Notice the "for the time being" !! I'm such a holiday sap.

The outlets were interesting, because I love the catalogs from all three stores, but it's probably a hit-or-miss experience that you have to visit often to get the best deals.  I lucked out on my file-folder ottoman because I had been considering ordering one anyway. I saw many items that I liked but simply don't need.

Much of the merchandise probably consists of customer returns and overstocks or discontinued items,  and you might not get all the chairs or pieces you want at the same time.  

Some of the goods were rather beaten-up to the point where I don't know who would want them.
