Very appealing and lovely.  I do not care for the ovesize island or the art work over the mantle.  I also am happy to see window treatments which for me add warmth to a room.

P.S .  Georgia on My MInd by Ray Charles is one of the great songs that honor a state.  I do love the song .

It's a lovely house.  The patio is pretty & has a nice relaxed look.  Even though I'm not a fan of brick in a home, the kitchen looks nice with it, I think because of the white cabinetry built into it.  Large scale vent hoods, NOPE.  The bathroom is very pretty but I'd get rid of the chandelier.  And, a tad concerned about someone looking thru those windows.  Living room is comfy looking, but the drapes, just not a fan.

I love this home inside and out.  I also love the brick inside and out. I think brick just does something for a home.  Every room is so inviting.

Wow -- thank you for sharing this lovely home. Reminds me of my grandparents' home on NC/SC line before grandpa got sick and they moved into a cute cottage. Sweet memories of their cottage as well. Thank you for the memories.

Love the outside and inside of the house---love that front porch.....  the only room Im not crazy about is the living room----dont care for the furniture....nor the art over the fireplace....

The only room that I would redo would be the bath area.  I am not a big tub person and I do not like the overhead lighting but I could make that a weekend project and be happy and content living there.  When will it be available to move in?

@Spurt  I'd like to make some tweaks to the living room myself. Somehow, it's a bit of a disconnect from the rest of the house... There's a lot I like about it, but a few things need to change, though I like it a lot better upon enlarging the photo and seeing more detail.
