I live near Tucson, not Phoenix. I'll try calling a local lighting place to see if they know of someone who can come out & work in a large piece of furniture. My neighbor just told me a couple of days ago that his son just finished his journeyman electrician training & certification, so maybe I'll try him if there's not an official furniture type repair person that does this stuff in town. For whoever mentioned a wood repair, the wood is fine it's just the electrical wiring in the hutch that's bad.
I wonder if a big furniture retailer like Ethan Allen or Thomasville would know of someone? There is also another local high end furniture store in town I can call. It's actually been burnt out for a couple of years, but it bugs me anytime I look at it, because I enjoyed having it lit at nights! Thanks, everyone.
