My driftwood pumpkin thread was just poofed. I was not intending to promote that item for personal profit or interests. I loved the concept of it, found it unique & just wanted to share.

The Q will sometimes poof a reply or thread if they feel it's advertising a competitor's wares. Guess they feel threatened every now and then.

Although competition is profitable for everyone.

Hi, ShellBell, and welcome. There are many of us who threw our hands up and gave up long ago trying to understand the logic as to why some things get deleted (we call that poofed) while other practically identical posts remain. It can be very frustrating, but just try to go with the flow.

I also think they are worried about infected links, although plenty of links go unchallenged.
