FLEX SEAL ANYONE?

I am interested in getting this?

My gutters are leaking,and have tried Silicon seal several times.

Wondering if Flex Seal does work as seen on TV?

Hate to fall for a come on like some of TV offers are.

Please anyone that has it please reply with comments?
