My vac went after a little over 2 years of using.
Only used it twice a week for the back area of my home.
I had posted a review on there Website.
Well the review was a negative one.
Was surprised to get an email from there company saying they would be happy to send me a replacement battery.
Sorry this will take some time to post.
I did not realize i didn't have the charging unit,or charger charge anymore.
Did contact CS to explain.
They were kind enough to send me both.
Okay here is my frustration. Did charge it for 24 hrs as directions stated.
Tried to use it yesterday,and did not work.
Called CS and was asked it a green light came on after charging it.?
Was surprised as i don't recall seeing it turn green?
They are sending me another replacement battery.
I appreciate that but am frustrated with this issue.
Am hoping someone will reply who has this model and let me about green light?
