We don't have basements here in FL.  But we have attics -- mine is filled to the brim...I am so ready to clear it out!

 

We had to empty 1/2 of it due to raccoon infestation BUT still have other side -- some of that stuff hasn't seen the "light of day"  in 10 years boxes just kept moving  with us🙄😉.

That's my reaction to her too, @Pqfan.  I have a kind of chronic, low-grade anxiety that I'm not even aware of half the time,  and I like listening to someone with that inner serenity.   She exudes a gentle warmth, as well as having practical suggestions for getting more organized.

 

Good for you, @homedecor1!  I'm a little bit intimidated by what's in our attic, but I finally just made a decision to go up there once a week or so, and select things for donation.  Some things I can just make unilateral decisions on, but our son's toys have to be "consulted about",  which lengthens the process, but hey.  At least it's getting tackled bit by bit.
