I would purchase that colorful little settee...and I have the perfect place for it!!!

Nothing in that home "works", so in that sense I guess it works.  I think with some help the owners can make any piece they love work; including the stuff they already have.

Its called a settee, I think its cute ,very cottage like.

If the wood floors were white and the room was done in ship-lap, add more floor plants and hanging ferns, it would very, very cozy.

There, I just spent all your monies...lol

If the homeowner likes the bench she should enjoy it in her home if it works or not in the eyes of others.

@Desertdi   I do think that several different decor styles would go with this love seat. This person seems to like a lot of color so I can see why she was drawn to it.

It looks like a sofa to me.  It's too whimsical for me.  Too clownish.

I love scrappy quilts so other than the back of it, the rest is ugly.  They should have continued the scrappy look on the entire piece.
