Has anyone else had problems w/defective Luminara candles?  I sent for two from Amazon.  One wouldn't stay lit so I sent them back for exchange.

In the meantime I ordered two more because I figured the first one was just a fluke.  Well, got all four of them yesterday and none of them stayed lit.  I had brand new batteries in them, too.  I have them ready to go back today.

I have Luminaras that I have had for years and no problem.  I am so disgusted in the quality of stuff we are getting now days.

Yes, they were.  Came in a bona fide Luminara box.

Last two sets that happened.  I'm done now.  Will not order that brand ever again.

@Patriot3   Yes, I am returning three sets of the round candles bought this year.  Some work for a while, then stop and the flames goes to the side, some just died.  One of the TSV lights, but the flame does not move.

@mousiegirl   When one of the hosts was doing a presentation of the TSV (I think it was the TSV, but it was Luminara candles), the flame didn't move on one of the candles.  Of course nothing was said about it, but it was quite obvious.

@NickNack   How did I not notice this, I wonder.  I bought two  sets of rust, one green, one white, and one plum, it is a small plum that stays lit, but the flame doesn't flicker.  all of the others so far, still have to test the white, seem to be fine, they will be lit until after Thanksgiving so will see then.

@Patriot3  How disappointing. To date I have had good luck with purchasing from QVC but after reading others comments my buying days are over.

@mousiegirl   It's possible that it wasn't the TSV, but it was around that time.

I had one work for a couple months then it died.  For the price of these Luminara candles they should last a lifetime!   I've actually had better luck with Candle Impressions, some of which I've had for years and they still work.
