How about your local furniture stores?

Thank you to all who replied. Some great ideas!  I do live near a Steinmart, Pier One, and also Home Goods and TJMaxx, and I had not thought to look in any of these stores.  I will now!   After reading all your replies, it occurred to me that perhaps it would be worth taking a look in World Market, too

Thanks again!

If you have an At Home store nearby, they have literally thousands of decorative pillows.

Since I live out in the boonies now I just let my fingers to the shopping. I shop on-line. Just found three adorable Christmas throw pillows on-line.

I love to make pretty pillows for my home. Since they use little fabric I can afford to get the most beautiful tapestries and velvets etc. And, of course, you can perfectly match even odd coors. Now a days they sell the filling already in pillow shape so it is really simple.

I've gotten some beautiful pillows on Zulily but, due to the way they operate, they don't have them everyday.

@151949  What is your favorite  places to shop for nice fabric to make pillows?  Seems a lot of the stores in my area have closed or gone mostly to quilting cottons and other craft fabric.  Thanks.

I have a Joanns Fabrics but it is geared toward crafts more than actual sewing products, and we have a Hanford Fabrics about 25 miles away that has much nicer selections. They have especially nice scrap fabric, and that is all I usually need for a pillow.
