No. I like the uncluttered look of this room, and the contrasts in materials--chunky wood, stone, big window. It's a big kitchen for a big household, and I'm not sure I'd like to work in such a big space. To your question about white, I find light neutrals very relaxing and uplifting in general.

It doesn't feel inviting to me.

Both - While I find it "cozy" with the table decor, once that is removed, I think it would be cold & stark.

It is not cozy to me, nor is it really depressing! I think it is rather dark, and just not enough color......Too boring is more like it to me......Definitely not cozy!!!!

That room is way too dark for me. I’m a “let there be light” kind of girl. Too much gray.

I do like the table though.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I would not consider that a “white or cream” room at all.

To me it is neither cold nor all that cozy.  I have mixed feelings about the quasi-industrial look - okay in some room, not in others; I think it inately lacks warmth, but that’s just me.  I find the room not cold at all, but not as warm as I would prefer.

Cozy, but those chairs need to be replaced. They don't blend in well with the style at all.
