Could you design a room around one of these? (Throw rugs)

Do do you like any of these well enough to design a room around it?

What would the room look like?

I only like the large varigated brown one in the left bottom corner...don't like any of the others...

I love the white (cream?) textured and fringed rug with the black diamond shapes.   A rug like that I think "relaxes" any room that might lean "stuffy"-- and because I have a number of antiques and vintage pieces, I have to watch out for that.  A pretty, more geometric rug like that I would love to mix in with my things.  That pale color might have to wait until after the possiblity of teenage hordes storming through!

I can design a room around a can of garden peas.  Design requires imagination.  How many rooms could one design from either one?  Unlimited possibilities.

My grandmother gave my mother a rug like the one with the diamonds and the fringe.  I loved that rug.  She bought it in another country and had it shipped back, but I don't remember what the country was.  It was hand made.

When we moved my father here to live in an Independent Living facility and were emptying his house the rug was rolled up.  I wanted to take it, but when I unrolled it, it was so damaged that I couldn't.  I was very disappointed.  I really liked that rug.

I like many of the others, too.  I like the one under the gray rug on the right and the rug at the very bottom.  They're so neutral that I could put any of the ones I mentioned in my living room right now.

What a dreamy bunch of textiles. Would love the one under the right grey and the same one Susan Louise (bottom left) found so attractive. Could do an array of ideas with the rolled up fabrics (upholstery, drapes, bedspreads, etc.).

I don't like any of them, but I could make it work.
