Way too much wallpaper!  I can't imagine taking it all down.  The last time I took wallpaper down I swore I'd never use wallpaper again.  I only had it in two bathrooms.

Whether it's wallpaper or a paint finish, the look is lovely.  I've been through the wallpaper wars and wouldn't go there again, but a comparable paint finish  would be fine.  I'd buy this house today, as is!

I like the alcove area under the stairs, but it's too much for me going up the steps and into the upper level. Interesting though....

The texture appeals to me, but it is a bit much.

I think it is too much, at least for me. In a previous home, I put grasscloth wallpaper on an accent wall only, many years ago, and loved it. However, in general I am not a fan of wallpaper.

I like the room in the first picture, but then as we go up the stairs some of the decor took a bit of a weird turn with the decor accents and the combinations they came up with, and I dont like the portrait of the person at all

I love continuous wall color/treatment, and continuous flooring in a house.

Normally, I HATE wallpaper but this isn't a pattern but, rather, a texture and it would be OK.  However, I would have just painted it instead.

Love it! The color is absolutely gorgeous, the texture of the wallpaper is perfect and everything with it looks polished and finished.
