The decor is the TRAIN WRECK!  So cold and unwelcoming.

It looks like a magazine shoot.  Or an obsessive person or two, one who loves their childhood train.  Either way, unreal.

Lose the 'message' pillow and while this isn't necessarily a look I'd embrace, it is a look I can appreciate... It's very 'frosty' and serenely lovely in its somewhat commercial looking way and yes, I'd skip the train...

Maybe the room isn't used for anything but "show."  All ghat white upholstered furniture would drive me batty.

The train is definitely not in a safe place and looks unsightly.  I do like the seating area but would have green trees and not so much white.

Good grief do y'all have hoe-downs in the living room?  Roller derby?  Soccer matches?   

I must have a very sedate life because in no way would this train set be a hazard, tripping problem or otherwise during the holidays.  We'd just sit in the chair and not bother it.  

Most likely when we had people over one of us who knows it is there would take that chair, but most of my friends would think it was fun to have the train running around.

But then I guess we live the quiet life!

All that white wouldn't be practical for me, but I do think it looks beautiful!  The train adds a touch of whimsy.
