@lolakimono  I generally do not like chevron, but this is very nice.  I would not want it but think it looks good.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

It's nice, but again, not for me. I had real butcher block counters in our first home (very small kitchen!). They were great and easy to care for. Smiley Happy

The chevron butcher block is fine but the rest of that kitchen looks way too bland, spartan and colorless.
