Do you like the way they have used red as an accent color?

So sweet it looks like a giant dollhouse

Really cute for vacation cottage or B&B.

It's very quaint.

That is adorable! Keep the pics coming, lola.

I would of only done in the red for the door frame, the window frames and one the dormers - I would of done the innermost triangle piece red, everything else white.
I would of left the top porch railing, the two door panels and any other trim white.
Also, I would not of used any of the fretwork curly Q looking things on the porch either - those to me are something saved for a more larger and truer victorian style home.

On this house yes.
Makes me think of a candy shop or ice cream parlor.

Looks like a candy cane. I would have left off the red trim around the windows and door and painted the door all red.

I don't like this. It looks too childish to me...like a play house.
I had a neighbor years ago who had red shutters and trim on her white house and the sun faded it to pink. She hated it.
I currently have a neighbor who had maroon shutters that are now purple due to the sun.

No, I don't like it. A house just outside of my neighborhood is painted the very same way. It was painted with red trim right before it was listed for sale. It was listed for over a year before it sold.
The new owners just moved in. I am hoping they repaint at least some of the trim another color.
I like red...I have a red door, but not on an all white house. It is a nice accent color, but too much is over kill.
