COLOR QUESTION-- GREEN BACKGROUNDS OR GREEN DECOR?

This is addressed to fellow 'green-lovers' in rooms.  Do you like green on the walls, or major cabinetry, so it surrounds you? ( Presuming you get to choose your preferred shade of green.)

Or, do you prefer to supply smaller shots of green in furniture, decor, plants, etc.

A). "Surrounding green"--

This one below is a two-fer for me, since it has my favorite color combo, green and blue-

I have to admit I like both scenarios:  green on my walls- as long as it isn't super dark,  and/or,  I also like green in accessories, plants and furniture. My kitchen is green and my dining room an even paler shade of green.  And my blue living room has accents of green.

Would like to know other green lovers' preferences.  And do you like cool greens, earthy greens, dark or light.

I wish I still had my green couch!

Depends on the shades of green and how they're used, but I like both.

Re: COLOR QUESTION-- GREEN BACKGROUNDS OR GREEN DECOR?

Speaking of green couches, I had two, both gone. Wish I had them both back, especially the second, which was a full size crescent shaped sofa that I just loved. It grew timeworn and I always planned to have it reupholstered, but ended up replacing it. It was both comfortable and beautiful and from a 'nicer' furniture manufacturer. Of course, it was purchased back when nicer things were somewhat affordable, which they now haven't been for some time.

One of my worst paint choices ever was a green living room and dining room.  It was like living inside an avocado.  🥑

However, I have had furniture that was painted green and never tired of it.

Green is often not flattering to people's complexions so I would not paint a bedroom green.

I think all the room you posted are pretty, Oznell.

These two are my favorites.

It definitely depends on the shade of Green, but I like the color and in my old house had a green kitchen, not everything of course was green, but it was the main color and I loved it!!!

Right now I just have shades of green in my kitchen and my master bath is green-very light celery green shade and I love it!

I like cetain shades of green.  My TV room is green and so is my 1/2 bath.  It's a shade or so lighter but resembles the color in the first picture.  I don't care for green furniture or if I did it would have to be a certain shade as I don't like"pukey" greens.........sorry only description I could think of, LOL!    Kind of like that small table in the picture, just not my taste.  I prefer my cabinets be a natural wood color.

I like both but wall paint has to be a very pale green and not chartreuse or lime in any way.

I love fresh greenery in a home.

I like both; depending on the shade of green and the circumstance.  I am a green person.  There are a few shades of green that I don't care for in decorating;  emerald green being one of them.  I prefer the complex greens and the muddy greens.

I'm the farthest thing in the world from being a green lover.  However, I must say, @Oznell , the rooms you've chosen to spotlight are very tastefully done so even a green disliker could love them.  They're subtle, nice shades of the color and don't overwhelm.
