I love every room pictured.  I don't think I would change anything.  The view from the master bedroom is amazing.

@stevieb I love it!  That's my thing, although some of my more traditional pieces would fit right in, in my world at least.

I don't see this as contemporary really, but more of a simplified, updated classic look.  It is far from a modern feeling to me, so that is what makes it just my thing. 

It's my den only with a bergere chair and two leather club chairs in the mix.

This beachhouse is beautiful.  I'd still want to bump up the brightness of the colors a notch or two though.  However, if the ocean was my view, I probably wouldn't care as much!

Beautiful outdoor views. I'd have went with deeper tones accented with navy.

Nice pictures, lovely home.

Just not my style.  Too white, too big, too much to keep clean.  

I'm not a fan of beaches / sand / water.  I want to look out my windows and see a city skyline.

I'm not a beach person at all.....and dont really care for a lot of neutral tones either....

There's just something about the living room I just dont care for it all all.....

The bedroom is nice ---  I think the "star" is the view!!! 

And I do like the decor placement in the Guest House....
