100% cotton for me except I love my fleece sheets in the winter. I sleep hard and it feels like my body completely shuts down. The fleece sheets keep me warm in the winter; I like to keep my heat down because I need my head to stay cool. In the summer, I get very hot when I sleep, so no unnatural fibers for me then.
