I just had my car detailed so we installed the Weather Tech floor mats we ordered some time ago, well beyond the 30 day return limit. I was lead to believe these mats were custom made for our car during the phone order. Well, the mats don't fit, and calling C.S. today we find Weather Tech makes no mats or custom liners for our make and model. Why didn't they tell us that when I ordered and I could have bought something much cheaper? In calling C.S. today I encountered a representative who was unapologetic and unsympathetic, downright rude and combative was more like it. If you do order from them, verify they make mats for your exact car, then be sure and check before the 30 days is up.

Thanks for the heads-up!! I plan to order mats from Weather Tech for my hubby's new truck for his B'day in Sept. I'll be sure to heed your advice.

We have Weather Tech in all our cars.
Our latest set came in May when we bought a new Suburban. I'm getting ready to order the large 'mat' for the back.
I see that it's not the same size as our older Suburban, but we have the 3rd row out in that one.
I love them so much, I wouldn't drive the car at all until they came in because of the sand.

We love our Weather Tech mats as well. Sorry for your bad experience though.

Because DH loves anything car related, he orders these as first as we get a new car. We love them and have never had any problems with ordering them. They last forever and are great! Ours get muddy a lot and they look like new when they are rinsed out. I'm sorry you've had such a problem, and I hope they straighten things out for you.

I'm another one who loves her Weather Tech mats ... but I also had to call them early on in the ordering process and I recall the phone rep was so awful (beyond rude and clearly not educated about their products) that I ended up ordering online, without speaking to anyone at the company. So my opinion is that it's a great product, but a pretty lousy company.

My son in law wanted some for his car for Christmas last year. I called Weather Tech to ask some questions about it and the person answering the phone didn't seem helpful at all. So I ended up ordering the Weather Tech custom mats from an online car parts company that sold Weather Tech (I can't remember the name of that online company) and when talking to them they were very helpful and assured me they could be returned if they did not fit. Luckily they were perfect for my son in law's car.

I purchased some for my old VW Bug and they fit beautifully. Perfect color, perfect fit. I think they were quite a buy - got them from eBay.

They say on their ad on TV they make to fit your car. They do have a website where you input all the info to get what you need. We were going to order them for my new Toyota Avalon Limited since we bought it with carpet mats. The carpet mats are nice but we should have bought the car with the rubber mats. Makes more sense during rainy or winter months. Earlier this year I bought the front/back floorboard mats & trunk rubber mat for the car for about $120 from Toyota that go with my car.
