OP, sorry for your bad experience. I personally have had nothing but good luck with my WeatherTech mats. Hubby has them in his Tundra and I have them in my Santa Fe, although I did have to get new mats when I bought the last SF due to size changes.

Wow we have Weather Tech mats in all of our vehicles! Never had any problem when ordering on-line. You can be assured they have the mats for your particular vehicle that way. You have to punch in so much info on what type of car/truck you have its impossible to get the wrong mats. We've been extremely happy with ours.

I love these, they are in all of our vehicles and fit perfectly, I also love they are made in the USA! Sorry you had a bad experience with them but for me no other mats come even close to these!

I ordered them for our lease vehicle and had no problem at all. Ordered them online and put in the year and model of our car and they fit perfectly. Sorry you're having problem. They are a little pricey but since it is a lease, didn't want to take a chance.

We have the Weather Tech mats in our Mercedes and love them. They fit perfectly. When you order you have to give your make of car, the year and the model. Thinking of getting them for our Honda CRV too. I give them 5 stars. ${#emotions_dlg.thumbup}$

I'm sorry for your not so good experience with them. I had them in my last truck and they fit like a glove. Completely protected the rug from winter salt. I will order them again for my new truck, just not a priority in the summer.

I have been interested in these so I went to the website for a looksee.

I put in the year, make and model of my vehicle as instructed. It pulled up the info. for the mats but this also came up:

All-Weather Floor Mats were intended to give the best possible protection for your vehicle floor. Many of our front and rear mat applications are model specific, while others are assigned as the best possible fit for the vehicle from our many shapes and sizes. Some rear mat sizes are designed to be trimmed so that they may be customized to fit almost any vehicle.

Judging from that, some of these are not custom even though you give them your vehicle specific information.
