I like the flannel sheet sets and percale sheet sets that LL Bean and Vermont Country Store sell. They are pricey but last forever, great quality. I believe you probably get what you pay for.

I bought Sam'sClub 450 thread count sheet set this morning.  Washed them and when I took them out of the dryer one side of the flat sheet stitching had unraveled.  What a mess.  I'm about to return those and not buy their brand again

@CoffeeNut - That's a shame, but at least Sam's Club stands behind their products 100% and overall those sheets have good reviews.  But stuff happens, especially this past year and even with the best retailers.

I have 5 or 6 sets of their Hotel Premier Collection, 650 thread count sheets and the quality is excellent.  Even a guest I had (pre-pandemic) commented on how nice they are.

I've washed them many times and the quality holds up.  You may want to try those.

Thanks for the recommendation.  I returned the other ones and bought what you mentioned.  Huge difference and they came out of the wash perfect and feel so luxurious.

Anyone remember the Amadeaus line from QVC about 12 years ago? I had two sets, same item#, two different colors. Sadly let go of one last year, but still have a periwinkle set that matches a comforter set I bought from Q then too. That Amadeaus line was so lux feeling...I think they were only 3-500 thread count. I say "only" because they had just started all that thread count thing...and back then 300 was considered great (not sure sheets went up to 500 then!) Now I think they go up to 1000!

These were like a sateen, felt so silky but not slippery, and cool at night.

They do wrinkle, and, so many years later, the set I have is not quite as silky as it was,  but they were my favorite sheets ever.

Those were my favorite and the only sheets I've liked from QVC. I was just thinking of those the other day!

I just recieved queen sized sheets from hsn.put them on bed last night,and had a horrible sleep.sheets felt like I was sleeping on gauze.terrible!they advertised sheets as 600 thread count .absolutely not!.I should have learned,because they were marked down half price

I know just what you mean. I've had brand new sheets that were positively scratchy against bare skin.

Like, am I especially sensitive? Or are these sheets downright abrasive?

I feel your disappointment.

    @x Hedge , @Luvsmyfam, --------------

I believe those are the same sheets I saw about 3 weeks ago.

 If so, I bought 2 sets /2 sizes at $80.00 + tax and shipping.  AND! If so, they have not been opened, along with the CLOUD toppers, also... just under $300.00

I WILL C A L L -C A L L  '' HSN" and have everything totalling $300.00 + sent back instantly.

Never, NEVER  lie to me ....from any shopping channel.

  Livid would be my 1st rally around the misrepresentation! You have NO IDEA!

My best and only sheets come from Macy's.

 Fortunately,

      I seldom buy SHOP CHANNELS- period! These were presented as cool and cotton ( something) infused. A quality KING for me usually is around $135.00 with extra mattress room if topper is n. That is difficult to find, but that was the 1 issue what I needed.

 As of now, I have not touched the fabric, nor established the quality, if any, of sheets or toppers.

!! My 1st time buying sheets or linens from HSN.

I believed EXACTLY what they described. That was ELLEN ? .. and a host called Alice that smoothed that through.  The last in believing Concierge & hosts/ vendors. Was my first.

@Imaoldhippie , did you EVER get that item # and name? You were asking. I have it!

 Reading through the reviews a minute ago, there are ((29)) 1 stars and (1 )  5 star- 1.5 average.

@Luvsmyfam     I purchased some sateen sheets by Northern Nights and they are extremely soft and comfortable.  H225608.  They were under $50.  They also fit over a topper or pad.

Would you please give us the brand name?  Thanks

      Hello @Imaoldhippie  ~ 6/7/21 from 6/6/21

   The reason, and the only reason, that I responded, and also, again to your question: referencing

  --------'the sheets ' in question, was from your ---

     'would you please GIVE /brand name'?

My item # states 600tc, and NOT any 44.00 on sale.

                  ??????????????????????????

    I went back and reviewed the multiple count apparently not sold, and in every color remaining.

  ```````1 star out of approximately 50 reviews sold / customers' receives w/reasons...I am going by that.. thus the [probability] of THE 1/2 priced.
      Smiley Happy I sincerely thought that ((MAYBE)) you had ordered these, also.
      I just returned to my home -and- will be opening the entire 2 sets of SHEETS {{ in question}}, along with.... if anyone may have ordered the CLOUD topper, too.
 I have no actual knowledge of this
      .... HSN  *TM Concierge BRAND, but thought for a twin set costing w/ tax & s/h at $86.00 - those must be very close to some fabric leaning towards 100% QUALITY. That Was All.
Will be checking by tonight from an unopened closed box, then post what I have found.
As a rule, I never - EVER get involved with any reviews of this nature....
          until I read this title- Awful Sheets.
----since MY purchases equal 99% coming from foot shopping. I do not buy from HSN, other than Lessman vitamins
 !! >> I do not believe I misunderstood your pique of curiosity coming from your post, when asking.
  Hoping that you have a relaxing and comfortable day. Always, my best to you.
Stay safe & well.
