I dont like it.  Dont like the black and gold and my fireplace must have a beautiful mantle.  Preferably a raised hearth.

It's an interesting fireplace for the right setting, which is to say a setting that isn't mine... Also seems a bit of a disconnect from the pink leather chair and dark green sofa, but hard to say without seeing more of the room.

In this area a lot of the houses are large A Frames and they have fireplaces like this..but they are done in stone or brick.
