Re: Artwork as a Backsplash

[ Edited ]

It looks very cramped and I'm not sure how you'd manage around the real plant (which looks like it belongs outside in a garden).

Very angular lines.  It's a miss for me.

ETA:  It looks like the edge of one of the vanity drawers has been cut to allow for the tub surround.  And do you have to step up to get into the shower?  Very odd.

Very pretty.  I assume fabric or something is laminated to a shade.

Looks like they might of added this bath and had to figure out a way to cover up where a window was. It’s a very small bathroom.

@lolakimono  The floral just doesn't seem to work with the stark white minimalistic bathroom.  And the 2 pinks seem to clash in my opinion.

The backsplash by itself is very pretty.

I like the idea but would like the color of the flowers to match the color of the artwork...then it would look like an extension of the picture.

@lolakimono  I like the concept but would get rid of the real/faux plant.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

I can deal with the backsplash but the real plant/sprigs has to go.
