Re: Anyone Have a Moon Pod Chair?

I've actually been looking at these for months because they have such great reviews, but don't know where I'd put it because it doesn't go w my decor. Maybe in a corner of my bedroom or another room used for lounging & yoga. Still debating...

They look comfortable, but I don't think I could get up in short order with my bone on bone knees.  The same thing with a bean bag chair.

Re: Anyone Have a Moon Pod Chair?

Very relaxing and surprisingly supportive chair or nap site. You can lie on it or have a kind of upright seating.  I found it easy to get into and settle comfortably.  I'm 73 and I admit I found it difficult to stand up out of the chair. It's not that I sunk in too much into the chair itself, but more that it was low seating, no arms to press on to help me push myself up.  I needed extra strength in my legs to rise out the thing.

I think this is a fine pick for casual seating for people maybe younger than 50 and certainly teens and kids. It's definitely sturdy and doesn't "spill the beans" or, rather, the filling,  even with rough handling.

@Desertdi    I was thinking kitties would really love it.  They're the only ones who could sprint out of it.

@Kachina624   It's too low, I would never get up!  LOL  It probably is very comfortable and if I was 28 again, I would like it.

A friend of mine got one and uses it on her recliner  or bed and finds it so very comfortable.  I am getting one to use like that since I have to sleep sitting up.

Re: Anyone Have a Moon Pod Chair?

It looks really comfortable.  My issue is that it's so much lower than other seating it would look odd placed among other furniture.  It can certainly be placed in another room, but I seldom sit in chairs that are not in the main living spaces.

@Pook    That's A great idea to use on a bed.  Then you could just slide off onto your feet on the floor.  Let us know how it works for you.
