For the month of April, the home store One Kings Lane has chosen a "nature" theme to feature various of their art offerings.  They're quite diverse in their depiction of the outdoors.

They put some of the nature art in room vignettes, like in this console arrangement.  The outdoor scene is nicely complemented by fresh green ceramic lamps, a clear bowl of lemons, and airy floral uphostery on the chairs...

They pulled back, and showed the whole room, with the picture just visible at the right, enhancing the indoor/outdoor feeling:

I love Audubon --  and Audubon-esque-- prints, so these stately birds are favorites.

The stunning view in this Italianate landscape  has the effect of appearing to be "through" a window, or an arched door, through which an enticing scene beckons...

They have a huge selection of modern art photography of the outdoors...

"Nature"  takes a more mysterious turn--

Photograph of Cecil Beaton's house guest on his seaside terrace in Jamaica, 1949.   If you are staying with a world class photographer, you'd better be on your guard every second, or he'll snap you!

I like the way they took the soft, natural water-color-y greens of the abstract forest, and upped the ante with punchy green pillows.

Picnic at Squaw Valley, Slim Aarons.  Has that retro casual air of so much of his photography...

Classic, traditional evocations of encroaching nature in an "edge of the village" setting--

Mixed media, with pressed wildflowers.  Can't tell if it's paper ones mixed with real, or just paper.  Delicate, sweet.

A charming wee seascape....

Jill Krasner's "Under the Palms" giclee on canvas offers a modern, but whimsical depiction of sky meeting the varied greens of land--  feels happy.

Effective and refreshing use of trump l'oeil is the first photo...I also love Audubon...perfect statement choice.  Thanks @Oznell for your creative and thoughtful shares.

Wonderful array!  thanks, @Oznell .

I managed to pick up a bunch of botanical prints when the local consignment shop was buying at estate sales.  Audubon, Peterson, but the best is Matisse.

I have two of the "pot of geraniums".  Side by side in different sizes and frames.

Then came along another, looks like the white cliffs of Dover and there is a very small person standing in the midst of development.  Love that one.

Then I have numerous simply beautiful depictions of wildflowers.  Greatly detailed flower prints with the name captioned.  I'm so happy I picked those up when I did.

What a wonderful collection!  I loved so much, the rooms are so beautifully done!  I especially enjoyed the dining room and the pressed wild flowers!

Thank you!

@Oznell  I'm definitely a fan! The vignettes are beautifully arranged to interact with the art. I'm not sure the cliff jumper would end up in my house, however. It gives me the jitters! Hahaha!

Love all of these.  The first picture may be great in a small apartment or room without windows to add some depth to the room.  I don't care for it in the setting in the pic but could see how it would work in other settings.

Ha, ha, @PA Mom-mom ,  the jumper both fascinates and repels me, must be my vertigo.  Love the beauty of suspended animation--  but if there weren't a forgiving depth of water below him, I'd be spooked...

The pictures are lovely and perfectly placed.

I loved the first picture and the landscape "pictured  through" the window.

The abstract forest and surrounding bench and beautiful pillows is my favorite.

What a visual treat at the end of a long day Oznell.  Thank you!
