Since I live in Florida, seashells are never far away from my heart. I put a vignette together today with some of my favorites....I have tons of them from years of collecting.

Some shells came from the beach and others came from little out of the way shops.

Love your sophisticated combo of texturess--  weathered wood tray, smooth clear glass, organic shells!

You've got the theme down perfectly. I can imagine a breeze blowing through some sheer curtains and the sound of the ocean drifting in.

Simple and lovely. We too live on the water and decorate with shells etc for the Summer.

Our family and some friends are renting a large house on the ocean in the Outer Banks in July. I bought the toddlers fish shaped cages made out of plastic that you can carry and collect shells. That will keep them busy and we will add to our shell collection for display.

My favorite is a large light grey conch.

This year, for the first time since we moved to Florida 8 years ago, used a beach theme for the little bit of decor I put out.I really like it.Just a little here and there. Not much.
