@Nadine O I totally agree ! It's getting to the point of plain ridiculous! Valerie should be checking into it , I'm not on Facebook or I would certainly ask her about it , surprised no one else has. If I didn't really want it, which I do I'd just cancel. I just hope all of us that ordered it will get it soon.

I did message Valerie, and her response was that QVC warehouses are backlogged, but they are working hard to get things out. She said we would have our things in plenty of time to decorate for Christmas.
Edited to add, I did specifically ask about the gazebos and conservatories.

I did ask Valerie and she also told me that the warehouses take care of that and they were very busy. I know it's out of her hands, but I'm sure she is just as concerned as we are. I think it's QVC's responsibility to at least be courteous enough to keep us posted as to the whereabouts of our items.
I am glad to know they will be here in time for Christmas decorating that is at least some information.

Thank you, @Tissyanne, for the follow-up. I've been hoping the conservatory will ship before Christmas, but worried that it might get cancelled for some reason. It's frustrating when you know you had to be one of the first people to order an item, yet you end up with a delay in receipt.

@Tissyanne @thank you for asking ! So Valerie feels the items are at the warehouse ? Seems somehow unbelievable, but there is no way to really know if so guess. Before Christmas, certainly hope so ! Thanks again !

@Marsha2003 exactly ! I fact I even ordered as soon as it was avaliable not when it aired . I'm thinking we may never receive it . I really do hope I'm wrong about it.
