@DecorDiva I got an email from customer service earlier that there is a delay in shipping, but they are doing there best to ship as soon as possible , so guess it's still coming at some point . Sorry about your gazebo , mine seems to be working ok so far , but it could still have issues in the future . I've had other Valerie items that just stopped lighting.

@Kitty Galore , I received an email today about a delay in VPH Illuminated Glass Chamber stick candles. I placed my order on 7/13.
I am considering canceling.

Shortages of and delayed shipping of holiday items had been forecast before summer started.
The remarkable delays in shipping are more apparent now. Especially as so many of the holiday items were being presented on-line in Christmas in July shows, that were really Christmas in June.

Sorry for those still waiting on delays. I thought the Christmas goods would have been received by July. I worked in Logistics, so I know about container delays but still thought holiday goods would have been on the water by April/May. I hope everyone gets their advanced orders shortly.

@Tissyanne oh I get it , ya get to the point where you get tired of waiting . I've cancelled a few things already from different lines . In a way it gives a chance to perhaps change you're mind on an impulse buy , at least for me , not good for qvc though.

I just spoke with customer service on live chat and the gal said they have no idea when the conservatory or gazebo are arriving!!! She said to just keep checking our status!! I never heard of ordering anything that no one can tell me when it will be delivered!! Congratulations to those of you who got one or both of yours! You may be the only one to receive them!!! I wouldn't care if it didn't come til the end of November if I just knew that it would be here then!! Not knowing anything is a bit ridiculous!!!

@Nadine O I totally agree ! It's getting to the point of plain ridiculous! Valerie should be checking into it , I'm not on Facebook or I would certainly ask her about it , surprised no one else has. If I didn't really want it, which I do I'd just cancel. I just hope all of us that ordered it will get it soon.
