Nancy is so cheerful and upbeat!  I like her as a host because she is fun and sweet.

 

Of course, these younger hosts are the competition for the veteran hosts, so I can see how they might not be generous in sharing air time.

Nancy has really grown as a host, and I appreciate her positivity.
