Re: It's Christmas in July QVC, not June, dah

Actually, June 25th is the midway point, so Christmas In June makes sense.

I just noticed from another thread that there is a preview tonight at 10 PM EST.  I'm interested enough to watch!

It's just marketing because we're in between holidays. Too late to sell for Memorial Day and Independence Day and too early to sell for Labor Day. Too late to sell new summer clothing and too soon for Fall fashion. Christmas in July is a sales campaign contrived by retail companies. JMHO

I'm waiting for the  Christmas food offerings because I am running out of Enstrom Toffee.

I know that there isn't any shipment of it during the summer, but it makes me feel better when it pops up in my Advanced order list. 😆

It's refreshing to see something other than the same old stuff ad nauseum.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

Re: It's Christmas in July QVC, not June, dah

I just can't believe we are at this point already this year.  It will go fast from here on out I always say.  To be honest kind of makes me sad.

I watch now and then but don't really buy much Christmas stuff any more.  I do not need any more decorations and downsized what I do have and probably do even more this year.  I do not have as many to buy for any more either.  Usually the grandkids want items the Q doesn't have.  They are getting older as well and have specific requests that they would like.  I probably do more out and about shopping and on Amazon for them.

I use to buy a lot of stuff from the Q back in the day.  My needs have changed is all.

I am always tempted to get the Lindor special but I would eat most of them and my friends no longer can have it or want it so best to buy a few pieces at Christmas time when on special.  I have purchased a couple times in the past.   Never disappointed.

Enjoy and use to be I couldn't wait for these days.  I do get the kids Prindables and they request those.  I also like the bags and so easy to wrap a few things that way.  I'm sure I will see something the kids would enjoy.

I love shopping at QVC at this time of year. I find many many non holiday items for myself as well as gifts for others.
