Never noticed a difference between these various cacti.  Now you can identify yours.

We've always had a Christmas cactus and it appears we are right about the one it is.  Thanks for the post @Kachina624

@Shihtzur. @wagirl. I think I love the yellow ones the most.  They can be spectacular.

@Kachina624 --didn't you post a photo of a yellow christmas cactus recently? anyway, I printed it out and its on my bulletin board---so gorgeous!! Mine is a very pale yellow--in fact it's called limelight--and I guess it does have tinge of lime in it---mine is hardly spectacularWoman FrustratedI got it about 6 years ago I think--still a baby. I do have a plant that is 150 years old tho--got it from my MIL 50 years ago and she got it from her mom longer ago than that. It's not very big either.

@wagirl. Yes, I did post such a picture.  It was a beautiful plant.

When your old plant blooms, I'd love to see a picture of it.

@Kachina624 --I will do that--it hasn't done much blooming in the past years--not sure why---I have re potted them all in 2017 into a 1 size bigger pot. It's sitting in the right exposure in my place and I water it when needed---now going to be moving and that will prob send it into a panic......🫤

My Christmas cactus bloomed very early and bloomed it's little heart out!  I had never seen so many blooms on it!  And it's a fairly young and small cactus!

I have a large Christmas and it is always beautiful.  This year it had bright pink flowers.  Last year it had half pink and half white.  No idea why the colors change but it is lovely.  Minimal care.  I have had if for years.
