This might be a good gift for that hard to buy for person that still likes to send greeting cards and letters. All kinds of wax sealing stamps, accessories and kits on Amazon.

I like that gift idea! I wish someone in my family would get me that. I think I'll put that on my wish list.

I use to have those stamps years ago. Just a heads up... chances are your card will get jammed in the mail sorting machines because the stamp is raised. That's what I was told.

Oh that's a good point, thank you! Maybe if the wax is just a thin layer it might have a better chance of going through. Or maybe put the card in a padded envelope. I just ordered a set to use with gift wrapping ideas I saw.

Load 'em up on writing papers, journals, and any sort of pens they may like/want to try.

Various note & envelope sets, stationery sets, good pens, plenty of Forever stamps for every occasion, a pretty calendar, and a list of VIP dates to add to the calendar. Add a pocket-sized Dictionery and list of VIP's addresses with B-dates. Place everything in a pretty basket for easy access when needed!

If you need to buy anything for younger kids check out the Doodle Boards on Amazon. The are pretty inexpensive. It's a flat plastic board with lcd screen plus plastic stylus. You can draw on it. Has a on/off button or lock un-lock plus a erase screen button. They also come in different sizes with different prices from all the sellers.

Oh bummer.

Though I love this idea and you can still send this in the mail, it will cost more to do so since the post office will categorize it as special handling.
