Not in the least.  For many years CIJ & QVC have truly delivered for me.  I have a large staff I feel compelled to give gifts to; love me my food addiction & I do not deprive myself of this.  I only have one gift to purchase for Christmas for this year & that would be for DH. Not too shabby at this stage of the game!

I too was disappointed in the lack of new merchandise.  It seemed just a regurgitation of the things that didn't sell before. I always bought my decorations in July for Christmas but there just wasn't much this year.   When the TSV gets the bulk of each and every hour and 3-5 things shown in an hour just isn't worth the time for me to spend watching. If you can't get a buyer in the first 10 minutes of every hour there is no reason to spend 30 minutes on the TSV

I am new to the CIJ game and heaven knows I spent a bundle and a half. That said, the things that disapointed me were the lack of shipping offers as other have said and the lack of inventory. You didn't even get a chance to think about stuff before it sold out. I threw all my old trees out and would love to start getting some new ones but the ones I am interested in are all sold out in my color choices and or sizes.

I was highly disappointed in CIJ this year. I bought alot last year and I bought exacly NOTHING this year.

Glad I saved money but I was looking forward to getting some new stuff since we just moved to a larger place.

Oh well.

Can't say I was disappointed, I didn't watch very much. The first day I flipped over and watched a few minutes here and there, and the last day I watched Valerie's last show, that was it. I bought 2-3 items, I keep forgetting when I bought them, lol. I believe I said on another thread I only bought 2 items this month, but really I bought 2 items the first day and 1 item from Valerie's last show. I bought much more last year, so I wasn't in the market for much this year.

Really, if you aren't honestly wanting to spend, just don't watch as much of the programming, then no need for disappointment.

I really enjoy Valerie's shows, but we have to live in our house, I can't "stage" it with decor like they show on TV, it isn't practical and also, I can't stand every surface being cluttered, but that's just me.

I hope people got what they wanted and enjoyed whatever time they chose to spend watching. I know I did.

Sorry you were disappointed OP.  I was just window shopping, but bought some things.  I thought the variety of decor was better than usual.  Lots of new too.
