@whitedogs wrote:Does anyone know if there is a Brahmin club that can be contacted? I have been a Brahmin fan for many years and have collected a great many beautiful bags. My problem is that I am retired and only carry the D&B little pouchette bags now. Don't need to carry all my stuff with me anymore and would like to find new homes for my bags. Not interested in ebay. Any suggestions ladies?
@whitedogs I would look in your area for a high-end consignment shop. You just need to make sure if you leave your bags that shop has been in business for a while or you know someone that sells there.
Some of the better shops will even buy them from you.

I LOVE this bag. Love the color and style! It is too large for me though. I carry smaller handbags. I checked their website because I want this color in a smaller bag. They were either too small or too big or just right with no outer slip pocket. If they had one in a style I could use I would be terribly tempted!
The Perri is almost perfect. I would buy it if it were only a couple inches bigger. I ordered that bag and had to send it back because it was only a tad too small for all my stuff and my big phone.

Brahmin makes a great handbag. I own two of the Melbourne anywhere tote. They are so classy looking and hold up well. The handbag shown in this thread is a beauty. Brahmin sends me notices when they introduce handbags etc. When I saw this one in the email, I thought Oh My!

@BARBIE100 I really want the Blue Copa Cabana. I have the copper one and I love it. I've had it for several years. I spotted it in Dillards and had never spent that much on a bag. It was so worth it. Now I have several Brahmins.

@luv-the-Q I also spotted several Brahmin bags at Dillards here in Las Vegas. They are beautiful!, Ohh I think that I'm in trouble. LOL

My oldest daughter and I are Brahmin lovers; she buys large handbags, and I buy their smaller handbags. Now that I'm retired, I have absolutely no need to carry a large bag. I am not a traveling person, don't take vacations, and when I do leave home, I'm only going to the grocery store, or medical appt, and will be gone 2-4 hours tops. All I need with me is my credit card wallet, keys, and cell phone. I also have several wristlets and pouchette size bags. The smaller bag I carry, the less likely I am to be approached by someone asking for a handout.

I'm a huge Brahmin fan and the brand is by far my favorite brand. I have three Brahmin West Lake crossbody bags and one Mini Duxbury from Nordies a few years ago, seven Lexie Drawstring bags, and two Mini Elisa. With exception of the West Lakes and Mini Duxbury, I had to purchase the Lexie Drawstrings and Mini Elisa off of Ebay. For those of you who love the style of the Elisa, but feel it's way too big as I do, the Mini Elisa is the perfect size. I have the pecan for the fall and winter, and the tulip color for spring and summer.
I recently emailed Brahmin's customer service to beg them to bring back the Mini Elisa's as I know they'd sell a ton of them, and maybe in time, they'll listen to customer feedback. The Brahmins are so classy looking and lightweight, which is a huge and necessary feature to me, as I don't want to lug around any more than the necessities. I use the Mini Elisa for my school bag, because I carry my normal necessities, plus my flashdrives and calendar, in addition to my wallet, wipes, kleenex, hand cream, lipstick, and comb. It's a satchel with detachable crossbody strap, and I love everyone of my Brahmins!

Love this Brahmin bag from Dillards. Being from S. Calif. I love the classic cars and surfboards.
Ooh I love the woody bag I have. It was from several years ago and a pecan brown color. It is an awesome looking bag! ![]()

I love my Brahmin and I have been lusting after the Elisa for a while now. I went to Dillards and looked, held and stroked but resisted, it was hard. May have to go back.
