I am a relatively new gardener. But bravely try it all.

I planted two different rose bushes in two very large pots on either side of my gate. They are approximately 2 years old-this year they were great already and have had very pretty blooms.

Suddenly, within 2 days, all the leaves turned brown on one of them, and it died.

What happened? No new sprays, no different feeding for one and not the other. I am at a loss as to what I did wrong.

I want to replant-but want to know if I should get rid of all the dirt and start over?
