Decided to try Robertas and p.Watson this year.  Watson mah, and could not tell you about Robertas since all 4 of my orders now cancelled.  Sure learned a lesson this yr.  now have to search locally for a ton of veggies and flowers.  WONT be doing this next yr.  What lousy, lousy "service".  Tomatoes, Shasta daisies, glads, and this was all ordered early many more, can't even think of everything.  What a joke!

Why were all four of your orders cancelled?  Just wondering.

We purchased from Robertas last year and were not impressed at all.  This year it doesn't look like most of the plants survived at all.  The Shasta Daisies should have spread instead of died.  Last year they did not spread as advertised during presentations.  Also purchased a Key Lime Tree that was advertised to grow a lime the first year, it is now dead.  The biggest lime we got was the size of a dime.    This while everything we purchased locally has survived and thrived (also cheaper).  Lesson learned don't buy plants from TV.

They cancelled my S Daisy order too - said couldn't deliver.  The one item I ordered.

@francine

Thanks Francine. After posting my question it dawned on me that your MAH is probably the same as when I say MEH......and waited to see if that was in fact what you meant.

Appreciate you answering.

We had tried CF years ago and never had good luck with them.   My hubby is a great gardener too!  He was hesitant about getting plants through the mail and of course he ended up being right.  You are much better off going to a local vendor to purchase plants and flowers in our experience.   We did contact them when some of the plants failed, they did send replacements but seemed almost like they didn't believe us Smiley Sad

Regardless, the second batch didn't make it either and they were not sensitive plants!

I think the QVC nurseries had big problems with transportation this year.  I feel for Phillip Watson in his first year of business.  Hope he survives.
