I have a large Ficus tree(over 6ft) I bought at a garage sale a couple years ago. I love this plant.I know it is sensative to watering and a certain conditions. Would it be ok to put it by a air condition vent? This past winter I put it in an area in my livingroom with no vents close but the tree looks best by the fireplace as I have 16 ft ceilings. It won't be right on the vent about a18 to 24 inches away (from base) but the cool air will hit some of the branches. Any feedback would be appreciated.
