@BirkiLady Thank you...my water main irrigation broke last year...I had many men/companies come and the water company to cap off......basically, I was told to locate leak, VERY expensive and to lay pipes, $3,000 to $5,000......you are a wonderful person.;; it's not / i have 2 go. pppppp

@cbrite  You have left me speechless. I'm terribly sorry. So pleased you fought so hard for the home your parents left you in the Trust. They would be proud of your determination. Sounds like it is best the Trust has been disolved, but hope you are doing alright without it.

Cannot imagine why another attorney wouldn't help you . . . unless it was political? That sucks. Hope your life begins to see happiness and sunny days. Sounds like you are overdue for positive things.  

 

I've had friends who had to replace to water mains due to buried leaks. And, yes, they were terribly expensive (not to mention the landscape damages).
