I just noticed that some of the reviews on some plants that I ordered have disappeared!  I know that some were very low, but surely QVC would not remove them to keep people from cancelling their orders???  That is not very ethical if that is what they are doing.  What's going on!

Must have been a glitch because two of them have reappeared.

I think they bring in the whole season's stash at one time and when it's gone for the season, they remove the reviews just like they do for other products that are no longer available.

I noticed reviews completely missing from a Philosophy item when I viewed it on my I Pad this AM but it was visible on my laptop!!

Later on, I see it was corrected!!

I've always wondered if one reason they bring in new plants, or new plant "kits", every year is so the old reviews don't linger year after year.  Once a plant is sold out or discontinued, all its reviews disappear.  But, even if a CF or Roberta's plant has bad reviews, it still sells like crazy.  Mindboggling.

@tototwo  I believe that is because the bad reviews are few compared to the majority of buyers.  I think mostly people who post reviews are those who had a bad experience.

The people are happy, which I assume are the majority, or those companies would not still be selling on QVC.  So far, I have been happy with the plants from both companies.  Once I was sent the wrong roses, so I was refunded.

Re: Flower Reviews Disappearing

Part of the problem is people expect instant landscape when receiving plants. They get fooled by the presentations on TV.

Then you get those who don't really give the plants a chance to grow write reviews about that.

Many people write about plants arriving DOA and I can understand about writing a negative review for that.
