Yes, I give and receive compliments from strangers. The oddest one was years ago, a classmate in h.s. (did not know her) told me I have "perfect feet." {#emotions_dlg.blink} {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

The most common compliment I receive from strangers is on my San Diego sunhat... got it at the Q. Literally every time I wear it someone says how cute it is.

It's a courtesy, an ice breaker. No big deal.

Yes, this happens quite often. I've had strangers in stores, on the street, especially in beauty salons compliment me on my hair. Feels good when a hair stylist stops to compliment my cut and play with my hair. Nice.

Sometimes I feel a bit too shy to compliment strangers, but a great handbag will usually break me out of my bashful slump, like 'OMG that purse is awesome! Must Have!' Then people get scared of me.

With friends & family I don't get to see much I will usually tell them they look good (to me, anyway).

I can't tell you how many compliments I receive on my QVC items; it's crazy. Judith Ripka, LOGO and Dennis Basso are the frontrunners. I tell you, as a sufferer of chronic pain it is such a bright spot in my day to hear someone say something nice to me. It's definitely a mood lifter.

I have been complimented by both sexes for my eyes, hair and complexion.

I do not hesitate to compliment when appropriate.

Sometimes, yes. I know I tell strangers if they are wearing something I like.
