Every time I see the bell I think of a dress I made 49 years ago. Looked good on a tween not adult women. Also can someone tell me what a slu b top is?

I wouldn't wear one, they just aren't my style or taste, but I like them on other ladies.

I so agree with you.  Bell sleeves are ugly and get in the way.  Quite a few cute tops I would have ordered but then......bell sleeves or flared.  Nope not for me!  Also getting tired of bare shoulder tops and tops with the long tails on both sides.  What's wrong with just a top and not all of this trendy stuff which in a year or two are out and there you sit with clothes that are dated.  But of course......then you can buy more from QVC!
