My first thought when I saw the pockets is that they are a "modesty" feature in case you don't want to wear a bra.

If my dog doesn't like you, neither do I.

I wouldn't use the pockets. It's a wardrobe malfunction just waiting to happen! Lol

It's a style that's popular on "Junior size" clothing...

Re: Why The Pockets?

[ Edited ]

@Greeneyedlady21    I don't wear jumpsuits, but I do have a few strapless tops w/ chest pockets. Guess what? The pockets cover the "girls" and a stapless bra is not needed. There's a method to the designer's madness.

the model could put her mask in the chest pocket . I sure would not risk putting anything  heavy in those pockets

I think most Denim and Co pants come up high enough to be  worn that way.

@mspatmac   I could probably count on my fingers all the tops or dresses I have ever owned that had bust pockets and I would still have fingers left for more.  I actually don't think they are ugly per se, but I know better than to wear them myself.

I like jumpsuits but not this one.  As far as the pockets I agree they are for modesty more than use.  I'm also not a fan of the strapless style, don't like that heavy elastic feeling on my chest.

It's a fashion element, they are not supposed to be used.
