I just don't understand chest pockets on a strapless jumpsuit. I guess it's supposed to look like one of those utility jumpsuits.

@Greeneyedlady21   the only reason I can imagine any designer ever puts pocket over the bust is that they hope no large busted woman will choose to wear their design.

I think you answered your own question.  It's a utility jumpsuit.  The chest pockets are probably not meant to be of any utility on the jumpsuit.....

Or maybe @millieshops it's for small busted woman to make it look like they have more   Either way, it is ugly
