@They CallMe MRWILKES - OMG - the full-length is even worse.

Sleeves too long, "dress" too long and dragging on the ground.  Too tight across the midriff (you can see the buttons pulling).

What on earth enticed her to wear this, thinking it was a good look?

That policeman (security guard?) must be wondering, if that piece of cr*p costs more than he gets paid in a year.

(Kudos to the "designer" who must be laughing all the way to the bank.)

So, ok. I do think this dress--from top to bottom--is hideous and wonder what Kelly's motive was for wearing it.

But I am feeling sensitive for those who live as conjoined twins. But for the grace of God...

@magicmoodz   I remember the conjoined twin sisters Abby and Brittany! They had a few specials and even a  TV series on TLC. They're all grown up and working as elementary school teachers now .
