Different for sure, but it's kind of an interesting and creative take on the "cold shoulder" look.

Interesting:  I watched Kelly's interview and they said that Kelly was going to cohost the 4th Hour with Hoda.

Turns out, no Kelly and Rita Ora (who was going to be just a guest for an interview) is cohosting on short notice. 

Maybe she had nothing else to wear and the feedback on this garment was too negative.....

I tuned in thinking she'd be cohosting as well.  Super odd!

 Rita was really nervous about hosting.  She's doing a fantastic job!
