Waitlist item

I can’t understand how an item I had on waitlist since 10/1- went from “Preparing your Order” for 4 days to “Shipping order now - arrives 10/30 this morning to tonight saying it’s back to Waitlist!? How is this possible?? How frustrating is this? Anyone else have this unfortunate incident happen to them? I’ll NEVER order from QVC again after this fiasco!!

@GreenJerzGirl.  That's a very unusual circumstance.  Since we don't work in. The Q warehouse and have no idea how they operate or what circumstances might cause some problems that occur, nobody here can answer your question.
