Tummy Control Cargo Pants

Any plus size women liking these pants and do they fit like a legging?  I wear 16W in regular stretch jeans what size would I need?

They fit me more like a pant than legging.  I would say buy your normal QVC size.  I really like them and ordered two more pairs.

I  have two pairs of them. They fit as pants rather than leggings.  I wear size 12 from brick and mortar stores, but I order size M for QVC size.
